Absolute joke of a doctor’s surgery! Rang to see if I qualified for the flu jab, they said no then 2 mins later they rang back and said I could have it for underlying health reasons. I thought maybe because I had a few health issues last year that’s what they meant. Get to the surgery and they say I don’t qualify! I rearranged my whole morning to make the appointment that THEY instigated! Wonder what other mistakes they make.
