Fantastic and friendly service. The violin specialist (sorry, we don't know his name) was engaging and encouraging to our daughter. We are novices to musical instruments and were not patronised, but rather encouraged and treated with respect by both of the staff. We couldn't recommend this shop more highly and will definitely be back.
