Buzzing village pub on Halloween night with live music, friendly staff & locals. OK the food isn't Michelin starred & they might make a few mistakes but it's a fun local with good beer. The pub looks even better inside than the photos suggest. Thanks

Very very nice staff very helpful, buzzing local atmosphere with lovely food! I had the pulled pork burger and well it was like a food love note to my senses it made my tongue dance! My lips feverishly locked around my fork and devoured more delicious pieces amazing!!

Lovely evening in a really charming pub. Staff were so helpful and friendly, the steak and ale pie was delicious (and huge portions) and the Saturday night live music was fantastic. Highly recommend!

Knockout location, but staff were disinterested and a little frosty. No decent draught beer available (one off, one citrus nightmare) and glasses not picked up despite it not being busy. Some pubs just have an odd atmosphere despite being pretty, and it's always down to the people.

Called in with my elderly dad for lunch and Izzy looked after us beautifully. A very warm welcome, good food and genuine kindness. Will definately return!
