We tried to buy something from this store, we doing what we wanted but has no price tag. As we were trying to check out, the employee got the manager and stated he couldn’t sell it in a rude manner, we asked if there was any way we could get it. He said absolutely not. Very rude. Lost a customer today. Good job.

Was at this location with my daughter yesterday. We found a dog gate that I needed for my new puppy. The store was clean but the employees I encountered were lacking basic service skills. The store was not crowded. We walked up to check out and a girl at the registered walked off while calling someone else to ring us out. She acted like she didn’t want to deal with us. A young man rang my dog gate up which came to 5 and change. Keep in mind we were not even greeted as he came to the register. I handed the young man a five dollar bill and gave him a dime and the rest was in pennies. Forget how many. Maybe 25 pennies. I didn’t want to break my twenty dollar bill and figured I could get rid of the change I had. This guy looked at me like he was mad! I even asked him if he was ok and did this bother him. The store was nice but management should retrain staff in customer service. It’s a Goodwill store for crying out loud. Where was the goodwill?? If this is the way you handle customers, I won’t be back. I’ll go where there’s friendlier service. A smile and a Thank you go a long way with customers. I felt I wasn’t wanted here.

Last time I will donate there : I got there at 9 and they were setting up still for where you pull up. I had already stopped so they could before I would pull up. The gentleman starting screaming at me even though I was stopped before the area. After he was done I pulled up and opened the back door and told the guy good morning . He then preceded to say stuff under his breath and literally sling everything out of my car. When done I said thank you and he slammed my back hatch. Mind you it’s electric and not sure if it’s damaged yet . No receipt or anything ... I have donated to them for years and this is not acceptable!
