I can not say enough about how great and personalized the training is with Jake. This is my first pet, Jake has not only taught our Westie but he has also given me the tools to feel confident too. I can see a huge difference with our dog and she is able to do all the training techniques. I am so impressed with the weekly progress! He truly cares for your pet, I would highly recommend him. Each time I go in the team has also been great, helpful and always greet my dog. The store is well stocked and clean. Great job canton

Nice to walk into a store with my dogs and try on collars and Halloween costumes. No problem when returning unused product. Also great reward program.
I wish I could give it a higher rating, but I was under the impression that the cage and supplies I bought were safe for the hamster I got there, but have sense learned that the company doesn't care about that, and only cares about selling cute items they know will sell. I can't rely on Petco or many other pet stores to have safe necessities for my pets, and have to instead wait for online stores to ship things, making my pets wait longer than necessary. The only reason I rate this as high as I did is because it's not the employees or the store managers fault, but the company itself. The employees I've interacted with have been amazing, but I'm incredibly disappointed with the morals of the company itself. I'll only return for the hideout my hamster seems to really like, but I wish I didn't have to.
Nice place with helpful staff. Cute animals and anything else you could need. We went in for pet eye drops. Found what we needed. They were happy to help us even after they closed. Very friendly.
Usually this is my goto pet store. My visit was not satisfying. They did not have what I needed and were disorganized. I had to order online.
