Five Stars For This Volvo Parts Department! We are MVP Preferred customers of Volvo and usually on the road it's a bit of a hassle with paperwork and setting up our account at each Volvo throughout the states. But not for DENNIS, the parts guru, he pulled our account up and even reminded me there was tax so I was able to get our exemption from it. OUTSTANDING CUSTOMER SERVICE! Thank you, Dennis!
Had my truck for over a week they didn't even start looking at why I brought it in the shop until day 3 they were busy checking out stuff I didn't ask them to do which they had no problem billing me for. Was told it was done day 8. Still same problem I had before but now it's blowing in smoke threw vents.Then they asked if I could wait over 3 hours for second shift to come in for them to look at it.
From Midwest Trucking Llc we sent the driver to have his engine issue checked but unfortunately our experience with the shop was very poor. They couldn’t identify the issue and keep charging us for each visit and the engine light always shows up after. Their service is extremely poor due the lack of knowledge of the issue. Very unprofessional...
