I love this place. The staff and Dr. Roberts are excellent. I've never had a long wait and they listen to all my concerns.

I wish I could give them cero stars, I was a patient there and we had insurance, I would have a copay of 60 or 70 dollars which I would pay every time and after I stopped going there I started receiving letters to my address of an amount due of 500 dollars with a different name which I don’t even know if it’s for us or not but it has been sent to the collectors
Had appt 2 months ago. Signs up saying must wear mask but walked in and office staff not wearing them. Nurse and dr also not wearing them. Appt was very rushed. He did not answer my questions. It was not a good experience at all. I have taken my son there and had a good experience but I certainly did not. They had me make a follow up appt for myself which I canceled because I will not be going back. Very uncomfortable experience. He literally spent a few minutes in the room - got right up in my face without a mask on which is rude at this point (idc if he thinks mask work or not the governor asked us to wear them), I asked a question and he literally said ok, see ya later ‘hon’ and walked out.
I am extremely pleased with the staff and doctor at Palo Duro Dermatology. I called with what I considered to be an urgent issue and they were able to get me in the same day. The doctor was thorough, took his time, and gave me a clear diagnosis plan of action which no former doctor had offered. I had a great experience and would highly recommend them.
