Great people, great service. I needed a set of wheels for one of our courtesy vehicles - a Toyota Camry. I had a look on the Capalaba Wreckers website and found a set that I thought would do the job. Sent off a request, and quickly received a reply with an order form (already very professional). I went in this morning, organised the purchase of the wheels, and set a time for me to come and pick them up - even though they would have taken them off the car while I waited, I had to run to meet a customer, hence the reason for coming back later. Picked the wheels up at the allocated time, and they were ready and waiting for me. Took the wheels back to our workshop and attempted to fit them on the car... they didn't fit. Silly me, didn't specify that the car was a "Sportivo", and as it turns out, a Sportivo has larger brakes and the wheels wouldn't clear the brake calipers. Totally my fault. I had read the invoice stating their return policy and re-stocking fee (which I totally understand, there was already a lot of labour getting the wheels for me). I went back with the wheels, told the truth that I had made a mistake, and basically asked if there was anything they could do? Well, that set off a whirlwind of help and phone calls to the team down the back. At one point, 3 team members were involved in finding a solution. Long story a bit shorter, they were able to find a set of wheels for me, that would - and did - clear the brakes, and just quietly, look way better than my first choice. Didn't even charge me anything additional. Amazing. Even though I must have said thank you about 50 times while I was there, here is another one. Thank you Capalaba Wreckers. Joel Knott. Hail.com

I called Chris at Capalaba Wreckers to request some parts for a 2003 Mazda 323 Protege. I was in luck as one had just arrived to wreck, so I was able to secure a front and rear RH door lock mechanism with actuators attached. For less than 90 I had two parts in hand and was able to fix my wife's car in a few hours. The staff were professional and efficient, pricing was reasonable so I'm very happy to recommend to Capalaba Wreckers to others. Thanks Chris & team.

Shout out to the team at Capalaba Wreckers for quick, efficient, friendly and great value service. Quick to answer the phone and provide a quote for a CV shaft that was pulled and waiting for me to collect on early Saturday morning. Part was in good condition and fit perfectly. I was unlucky to have the oil cap break as it had become brittle with heat cycles and John the legend had one off the car and ready for pickup Monday afternoon for the cost of a handshake. Great old fashioned service. Look forward to doing business with you guys in the future.
