My wife and I are owners of a large commercial building in Falmouth, Massachusetts which has been an excellent investment for us but which has presented some interesting challenges related to zoning and parking issues as well as a significant opportunity for development of an unused and underutilized portion of the property. Starting in 2017, Cape and Islands Engineering has been our \go to\ resource in researching solutions to those problems and exploring this opportunity. Matt Costa has shown a personal as well as a professional interest in all these matters both in meetings and over the phone. His knowledge, and that of his staff, of the obscure regulations that can make or break an idea or project has resulted in the successful planning of very successful outcomes for us and, I might add, at a reasonable cost. We would recommend Cape and Islands Engineering to any one.
