Jim was extremely helpful in getting us into a new cart and trading in our 20 year old cart. He was very responsive to all questions we had, got back to us in a timely manner and spent a lot of time with us discussing options. He allowed us to test drive carts on multiple occasions as we made our selections. He had our old cart sold a bit quicker than anticipated, so he put us in a loaner cart until our new one was delivered. We love our new customized cart. As a business owner myself, I always appreciate an experience like this and would recommend John’s Golf Cars to anyone!

This would have been a 5 star had I not left without a golf cart. I spoke with assume the owners (middle aged man and older woman) about 8 months or so ago. SUPER friendly and very helpful. They told me when I was ready to buy they would take care of me and would be easy to workout a price on a cart for my family. A few months later I came back on the lot first thing in the morning after they opened with cash in hand ready to buy. I spoke with a younger girl and asked if the man or woman I spoke with a couple times earlier was there and unfortunately they were not. She said she can help me. I looked a a couple carts and asked about the price and she said all prices are the price and they will not come off at all. I wasn't look for a free cart by any means but if I'm spending around 5000 for a cart and buying accessories I would like at least a little break somewhere! I left and had a cart by the end of the day. MY ADVICE.... Talk with the man and woman that run the business.... They were great people and I wish the young girl would not have been so hateful and acting like she could care less if I got a cart there or not because I very much wanted to business with them.

Had bushings replaced all the way around. Cart rides so much better! The did a great job and reasonable price.
