Having a house built by Pascal Construction and were about 70% done now. Honestly for the money they don't have a bunch of extra charges like the other builders do, unless you want upgraded items like more expensive cabinets or flooring etc. Everything that is included would give you a beautiful home. Plus, they have been there every step of the way to guide us and answer all of our ridiculous questions and requests. A

If I could rate this business negative stars I would. I love my house I really do . But the fact that this company is so unprofessional and they don’t do anything ANYTHING in a timely manner. I’m currently waiting on things to be fixed and it’s been 2 months already. I tried calling them and talking to them but they consistently come up with excuses to not get things done. They state we have a great warranty, but why does it matter when your company is horrible and don’t do anything in a timely manner. do NOT buy any homes that have to do with this construction company.
