Same place as \Jeepers creepers chimney\ and the guy answering phone is very rude to start off with. I will not be using a company's service that starts that way! Read the Better business bureau reviews for this company. Glad he was rude, saved me time and hassle it sounds like.

Woman answering phone wanted to know the mileage between Scott City and Jackson. Since this firm has serviced our fireplace before under the previous owners, why don't they know this and what does it matter? Google it for cripes sakes! When man called to confirm, my husband canceled the appointment. Man asked why. Husband told him about the discussion with the appointment setter. Man called him a liar and told him to \shove it up your ass.\ Company charges 155 just to come out. Not user friendly. Rude hostile impolite. We made the appointment with the Cape Girardeau office. We received the rude hostile call from the jackass as Farmington. AVOID AT ALL COSTS!

Very rude got in my face about parking in his parking spot and attempting to go into a different store. I had just gotten my newborn out of the car had not even approached the other store yet. I even apologized and told him I'd move my vehicle and he still was in my face. Purely disrespectful to people that could be potential customers I can't imagine how he treats his customers.
