He explained the procedure in detail at my appointment prior to surgery, talked me through the surgery to let me know what he was doing as he was doing it and what to expect, and answered all the questions I had. Within 3 weeks of me calling and setting up my consultation I had my Lasik Surgery. I am almost to my 1 week follow up and it's amazing how well I can see. Katie was great with explaining the finances and what to expect. Lori was awesome in walking me through the different exams. During the procedure Dr Parker explained every step during the process. The only problem I am having is I am beating myself up for not doing the surgery years ago. It's a real blessing having your sight returned to you.
