I wasnt impressed with the service it seemed to be more of a job then a service

Called for a ride on new year eve...unfortunately, I failed to account for extra volume in business due to the year end, and had waited too long to call for a pick up in the time frame i was requesting. The dispatcher was pleasant mannered and went the extra mile by offering to leave my request on the list so I wouldn't lose my spot on the list of who got picked up next while I checked with another source. Out of the three services available to the cape girardeau community, I will be calling Favors in a Flash first in the future. Happy 2020 everyone!!
