This place utterly blows my mind!!! Took my daughter in for a pair of glasses almost 5 months ago now... call after call after call with no explanation as to why they didnt have them yet until a month ago when they told me that \the lab\ had lost hers along with several other pair... Now a month later we get a message finally saying her glasses are in and my wife goes to pick them up a few minutes ago and guess what... they say they cant find them!!! What a joke!...

Worse place to go to get eye surgery and the one dr will say you have 20/20 next one will say something else! I wish I would of never went there! My eye sight is worse than before! Don’t even bother going there ! It’s all about money and not about you! They don’t listen to you ! On dr states your 20/20 which I don’t know how next dr states something else! Had eye surgery was told I would see way better not need glasses! Yet I can’t hardly see can drive at night and I need glasses ! And my vision is worse than before!

I was in the office today with my daughter for eye appointment. I have health issues with mask covering. So as to not cause a scene I put one on and over my mouth just under my nose because that doesn't cause me problems. Your Dr. Shoemake informed my it had to be over my nose, I then informed her that I had health issues. Her reply was that she has had others with heath issues and they did fine covering their nose it was for a limited time and if I didn't I had to leave. So I stepped out while my daughter had her exam. I not sure where she got her degree but last time I checked she was a eye doctor and not a medical doctor with knowledge of my health issues. We did not buy the her glasses there. I chose to go elsewhere.

Great experience! The actual exam and glasses process was easy. However after we had a problem with one of the lenses, we thought we would have to go through a long wait/process. We didn't even have to make an appointment; just went to office and they repaired them with no problem or cost! Friendly, professional staff!

Dr. Billings is great! I liked that he helped me understand what was going on with my vision as well as explained what he was doing as he was doing it so I could follow. :) Mary was also wonderful in helping me find frames that worked with my insurance! Can't wait to pick up my new glasses!
