Rent one was short handed today and we really needed our washer and dryer they made sure they had someone come and deliver them to us! Jeremy Davis came and installed them and made sure they worked before he left, definitely nice and helpful!!!!!!

I ask to have 2 bags transferred to the Mount Vernon Illinois store that is where all my accounts are held I do have to account the Cape Girardeau store that are electronics but all other items I send to the Mount Vernon store cause that is where all my accounts are I have been a customer that store since 2008 end the manager ray deliberately refused to transfer my items in there I requested that they be transferred to the Mount Vernon store whenever I went back in there because he refused to do it for my husband and he said he would have to have the regional manager do it in that it would be done before my payment was due I love them out Vernon store I've been with them since 2008 and that is the store all my accounts will be held

I’ve never been in Rent One before and I’ve never rented furniture before. We had a party and were in need of the extra seating. Immediately when I came in the staff was very friendly and attentive. Terrance who assisted me through the entire process was kind, sharp, very thorough and had exceptional customer service. I even had circumstances that needed an quick delivery and he kindly worked that out for us. I was very grateful for such a wonderful first experience! And it made my heart smile to meet such an upstanding professional sales representative in the process. Would highly recommend to anyone!
