I have the 36 Premier, and I have owned it for over 4 years. It is fantastic! Easy to use, and it lays down great color and flavor. Not only do they produce a superior product, their customer service is second to none. They are obviously very proud of their product, and very grateful for their customers. I was a satisfied Traeger owner for years. I planned on upgrading to the Timberline 1300 and I was researching on a pellet grill page. Someone mentioned Smokin Brothers. I went to their website and watched the videos. Went to 2 local dealers the next day and put my hands on one. Once you do that, you will just understand. I ordered one the next day and drove 2 hours to go pick it up. Ryan, the owner, spent an hour with me on his anniversary to make sure I got everything I needed. I have cooked every protein but fish, and salmon is next week. It has held temp within 3 degrees every time and I have smoked in 30 degrees and 75 degrees. I could keep going, but you get the point. I can't say enough good things about the product and company. I will be a customer for life.

I ordered a 30” premier smoker and it has been one of the best purchases of my life. Heavy duty construction, great results from the smoker. I ordered a grid lifter a few weeks after my smoker came in and fed ex lost it. The customer service person I spoke with took care of the issue and sent out a replacement via fed ex 2 day shipping. No hassle whatsoever she just did it. This company has gained me as a customer for life.

I have been a backyard and even dabbled a bit in the competition side of grilling/smoking for 15 or so years. I have owned everything from a common Weber, Big Green Egg, Commercial Rotisserie’s and even Tragers. I now have the Premier 30. I will be upfront and admit I was really hesitant at first due to the price, but I will stand here to tell you this grill has become a integral part of my backyard arsenal. It can and will do basically anything you ask of it. Ribs, steaks, pizza even bake some biscuits on it. I am not sure what they have done different than the competitors but it has been done Right!! It is probably one of the easiest grill to use. Plug and play for the user or even get it to the different settings if you would like. I cannot speak more highly of the product and the company. If you have been waiting to buy one of these do yourself a favor and pull the trigger. You will not be disappointed!!
