No Excuses

Re Southeast response:........ Your response is so meaningless and robotic. Why should someone have to call? You are already aware of the issue. Just fix it! ..........................You need to pre screen your patients like the other doctors offices and facilities are doing during the pandemic. At the very least do a temperature check and provide plexiglass between the patient and the person that has to check out the patient. Step up Southeast and DO BETTER!

Had an appointment that I waited 2 weeks for. Get there with my son (5yrs old) and they say I can't see the doctor because I have my child with me. They said that it was made known, children under 18yrs old were not allowed in the office, with the reminder phone call, that I never even received. Even worse I look over and see a baby and said there's a child. They said oh well she's in a pumpkin seat. What the hell is the difference? There isn't one. It's a pandemic, us single moms don't have sitters. It's unbelievable. I will not do business with them ever again. I'll go to St Francis. They're better anyway

I was referred by my primary but I will never go back!! First appointment was set up in November and when I got there to check in they told me they called 2 days ago to reschedule and that my doctor was at home sick. So I wasted half a day of work. Thats fine, I rescheduled with a different doctor for December 17th. When I get there today she tells me the exact same thing again, that they called two days ago and left a message to reschedule. The only call or voicemail I recieved was the automated call confirming my appointment for today at 9:40. If I had actually recieved a call to reschedule I would not have taken a day off of work and drove all the way there for nothing. Don't waste your time with this clinic and their poor customer service.
