The vessel is clean and the staff is very friendly. We purchased our tickets from groupon and was having trouble redeeming them at first. The staff walked us through it step by step and even gave us a number to call if we were still having trouble. FYI, it didn't seem to work on a Samsung phone. Had to use a tablet to use a tablet to see the link properly. We lucked out and saw dolphins, birds, fish and 2 hump back whales. If you book just understand that these are wild animals and are migrating and feeding so you may not see one on your trip. Would of given 5 stars but I had to agree with one of the other reviewers. There isn't enough for covid. While the boat may be limited to half capacity all of the viewing areas were packed with people. There is blue tape on the railings but with all of the people that went right out the window once sightings started. While you may be following the guidelines as written you know as the operator how the trips are going to be. There should of been half the amount of people allowed on the upper deck. Every seat on the upper deck was filled.

I did the afternoon tour for 3-hours this past Sunday, September 6th and I absolutely loved it! Even though you are not guaranteed to see anything, we saw dolphins, two humpback whales (which was supposed to be rare to see two together) and even baby sharks! The crew was very engaging and had great enthusiasm. The boat was a bit crowded so social distancing was a tad hard, but the crew was constantly reminding everyone to wear their mask when not seated (I wore my mask the entire time) and that there were hand sanitizing stations on board. It truly was a great day at sea! Definitely recommend and will do the tour again the next time I am in Cape May.

We took a sunsrise boat trip in summer and it was amazing! We’ve seen many dolphins and thanks to amazing staff we learned many facts about them. We also had a glass of champagne on board which completed amazing experience of sunset cruise & dolphin watching! The area around Cape May is so beautiful!

We went on whale watch tour in afternoon on Labor day this year, and what an adventure it was! We saw Humpback whale and it breached six times, that was amazing. Also saw tiger head shark, sting rays and dolphins. I have been on different whale watching tours but this was best tour by far.

great experience. it was amazing and humbling to see such noble creatures in their natural habitat and all of the information provided by the crew was valuable. there were numerous dolphin sightings especially in the first hour. although the boat headed out to zones known for whale activity, no whales were to be spotted this day but there's no guarantee in that, unfortunately. watching sea birds up close hunting for fish in the wake of the boat was really cool and something i'd never seen in person before - highly recommend bringing binoculars for that. i could watch in great detail birds diving down to hook a fish only to have another gull or osprey swoop in and steal its catch mid-flight. it also felt good to support an eco-minded establishment dedicated to the research and conservation of our precious natural ecosystems. i would go again!
