The staff and Dr Birk were excellent. Took extra time with my daughter and super thoughtful people.
Dr. Birk is a wonderful and caring doctor; but sadly I am in agreement with the other negative review regarding his staff. I couldn't even get one of them to ask if Dr. Birk handled my situation to see if I needed to make an appointment. I am also a prior patient.
This has to be the worst office I have dealt with in my life. The staff is completely unprofessional. They lack knowledge and professionalism as well. Do not waste your time nor give them the business through your insurance. Sad excuse for a medical practice.
