I have an occasional problem with sciatica. My butt and legs get stiff with pangs of pain. If I do a lot of driving my right leg gets really bad from being ready to hitting the break and gas pedal. I was in bad shape earlier this year and had trouble sleeping and even walking. A neighbor recommended Eventide Body Work. I went to a 1 hour massage session and came out 90% cured! ! ! After some physical therapy and doing stretching/relaxation exercises, I am now back to normal. I got some good advice from Ani about preventing the problem in the future. Thanks again Ani
