Authentic Moroccan place. We had a Tajine and a couscous. The plates are huge, had to take some back home. Would loved to have more cumin / ras el hanout added to the dish, was a bit too neutral for my taste. The harissa made up a lot for it.

Atmosphere fantastic. Food extremely delicious. Lovely Moroccan mint tea. They serve delicious biscuits with your tea. Definitely returning very soon. Service excellent dont have to wait long for food.

Eating out is one thing, but authentic food is so much better than when someone is trying to replicate it and Andalousse is definitely authentic. The waiter Hasan is also authentic he was struggling to write my order in English and I could see he used to writing in Arabic. . . It was funny but not in a demeaning way and he was making fun of himself as well. The food never disappoints, it's always amazing. How would one know if the food is authentic? Try it. . . If your taste buds are like wow, but what what exactly is this. . .? It's surprisingly tasty but the combination of flavours are exciting and weird at the same time. . . Then you know. . . It also helps if you were in Morocco before. . . But the owners are definitely Moroccan so you can rest assured you're getting the authentic experience. . . Even the seating arrangements are low to the ground as in Morocco. . . But don't take my word. . . Go give them a try. . . Their pizza is amazing, just a FYI, if you're unsure of what to try. . .

When I was living in Cape town with my mother, a few months before she passed on. I used to come here about twice a week. Once alone so that I could enjoy a meal totally on my own and that was usually for lunch. Then I often came with friends in the evening if I had a babysitter for my mother. I have found memories of this place. Sean T

The sweet tajine is one of my favourite meals of all time, and of course you have to have some Moroccan mint tea
