First of all the Burger King App is horrible, as there's no way to properly track your order. My past 2 occasions when ordering via the Burger King App, the Heerengracht Branch has dealt with the order, is it's closest to my home. The first time, the order was almost 3 hours late and in attempting to query the order, they were not available telephonically. The driver arrived eventually and the quality of the food was compromised, due to it being enclosed for that duration of time. This evening, I placed an order at 17:17 . At around 18:00 the App notified me that the order was processed and that the driver was on his way. At 18:30 I became anxious and constantly checked, if the driver was around the corner. At 18:40 the App notified me that the order had been completed and delivered. This was not the case. I decided to drive to the Branch to dispute the issue. I arrived here at around 19:05 and have since been bounced around from Pillar to Post by the Staff members who are supposedly 'in charge', only to be told that they have to contact the Owners of the Branch and they will 'decide' on whether I would get a refund or not, or that the food would be given instead. It's currently 19:44 and I'm still waiting. This is absolutely putrid from this Branch, considering that they were the first Burger King Branch in South Africa.

This is the first time i have used burger King. The food is good but the rolls were hard and dry as if it was old. If the rolls were not the way it was.. I would have given a better rating as i actually ate the patties without the roll!

Quick and friendly service. The food was very tasty. The location of the Burger King I went to in Cape Town's CBD was excellent. The views were stunning. If anyone is in the mood for a Whopper, I would definitely suggest they make a stop at this branch.

Sorry to say but service was bad... there was only 1 teller and alot of staff standing around... They were training people on the coffee machine and we got our food before the coffee... Training should be done before shift or when its quiet...
