There was a last minute change in our booking as the landlord got a long term tenant. So celeste got us another better property , upgraded with no added cost. The property was great, only issue is they had checked in someone else into our apartment just before us, without checking ID, so there was some confusion but it was sorted. she is very good within your budget

Last year I called Cape Town Vacationer the first time on recommendation from a friend. Celeste sounded very busy, but now I know why. She called me back within the hour as she promised and had all the info at hand. I really get the impression that this agent is a fussy vacationer as well, she gave all the necessary detail without the blah..blah. I really don't want to know who slept in the bed before me. If I don't have to deal with it, don't tell me. I appreciated that she knew the area and the crowds that frequent it. No fuzz or complications on any booking I've made thus far. Quick and easy, just the way I like it.
