Worst service ever.... I went to go and purchase a product that according to their "web site", was available and that they had x2 in stock. I got there, showed them an image of the product that I got off of their website and so they started looking for it. 20 min later the lady came back to and informed me that they do have stock, however they will have to look for it and this will take some time because no one knows where it is.... She took my number and said that she would give me a call back. It now has been two days later and I am still waiting for this call...

Staff very friendly and helpful. Found good bargains. Got a call back on an item I reserved. It's just the space issue, but the staff can't help that.

During this Covid19 pandemic you'd think that Cash Crusaders Rosemead would adapt with the times, follow the likes of franchises like Cash Crusaders Sea Point, and offer online quotes. I called them and spoke to "Josh" looking for a quote for a BRAND NEW item, still sealed in the box, dont know what he needed to see in order to provide a quote. It's not like the quotation was binding, it goes without saying that it would've been subject to a physical inspection. Apparently, they'd rather have people queuing outside their store during a pandemic, for services that could be easily done over the phone or Whatsapp.

Staff look tired, underpaid and over worked. Store is presentable, however staff seem unmotivated, lack enthusiasm and tired. Owners should increases and incentives to inspire staff and create a better atmosphere in store.
