My mom use to go buy my Clay's there at the warehouse and she said the staff was always so kind and helpful. Their clays are amazing. I use it for my jewelry business. Proudly South African brand. Warren who heads up the shop is totally rude and arrogant. The Most unpleasant person to deal with. I had a concern with an online order I placed and the shipment there of. I asked for his help to figure it out and he responded with the utter most rudeness and disregard for the money I spent at his shop. Sad.

What a joke. First they only take cash, wonder why? Then they ask you make a immediate payment. I then done that costing me a extra 45 rand. Then he treats ME like the criminal as he did not receive the notification straight away. Maybe you should go learn how to run a shop. Then your shop looks like a mechanics workshop. Don't be fooled about the fancy webste photos. The "shop" is a Sh@#hole. Poor lady that works there and having to face customers. Will NEVER buy there again.
