Sorry CTM, but it is an absolutely unacceptable and cheap experience to discuss with you guys about the refund of a single 5kg bag of grouting (less than R100) after wrong invoicing - while your dispatch people are even to blame for the wrong invoicing - after I made a purchase of almost R40,000 (see slip attached). After we initially got some really good advice and assistance, the experience got really spoiled when we asked for a refund for some grouting leftovers. This is not how we do business. The 5kg grouting you saved made you lose a customer that wanted to buy a whole new bathroom with you next week. Very sad. We are unfortunately not going to come back.
