A speak easy kind of vibe for a pub, located underneath a church. Covid regulations NOT being adhered to at all, the occupancy far far exceeded that which was safe for such a small location

Love the vibe great selection of whisky. Sometimes the music is too loud. They have awesome nights with live music that you have to go to Tuesday nights jazz night. Also the staff are awesome and friendly. They have some happy hours too between 5till 7pm.

A great location for a drink - central and with a lovely dark, brick vibe that earns the 'Olde Irish' title. The main reason I've knocked a star off is because of the last experience I had there - in which a large crowd of unmasked people were packed in to order from the bar, as opposed to the COVID-safe practice of table service etc. In addition, be careful with your belongings when in the outside area - as the fence backs up directly onto an area used by a large group of people sleeping rough. On this last visit a friend had their camera stolen with someone reaching through the fence, unzipping their bag, and running away. The staff (and the other customers) were mostly supportive when this happened, but it generally it is a risk, with the small area meaning you are often quite close to the fence.
