Shocking service and dishonest practices. Shocking service and employees refuse to replace a defective item. They blatantly ignored my question from the get go and ignored my emails for over 2 months (multiple follow ups done on my side in this time) only to come back to me to state it was out of the exchange period.

Wow the best service ever! I will rrecommend anyone to go and buy. This staff is friendly and very helfull. The manager even carried the heavy box to my car. Excellent service!

Not impressed at all with the service. Bought 2 miles air coolers as gifts and was very embarrassed to received phone calls informing me that the boxes did not contain the wall outlets and filters. Contacted the N1 city store who informed me that they are not allowed to source the items from another store? Clearly customer centricity means nothing to them.
