There are a lot of ways to "get around" things in Cape Town, but it made me feel better knowing IBN follows the most ethical practices so I won't run into trouble down the road. I'm writing this review as a client and an ex-employee of IBN. First as a client, the company is full of experienced professionals in the industry, who are prepared to navigate the complexities of immigration. I experienced myself the challenges and fears of applying for a visa in SA, but I trusted their years of experience and industry knowledge. Don't be fulled and hope they will guarantee you a visa, because they won't, but they will certainly make the burden of applying for a visa much easier. As an employee, I must say that the company is well managed and I learned a great deal about good management and leadership. The staff is trained regularly on industry updates and customer service. Seriously, we had trainings where each team had to present the summary of a book about management, leadership or customer service. Overall, I'm very grateful for the opportunity to be part of the IBN team, and I throughly recommend this company if you are looking for capable professionals to assist with the complexities of applying for visas in SA.
