We received expert, friendly service from Jade at Italtile Somerset West, which included a complimentary tray of coffees for the whole family! Their well designed showroom with a wide range of tiles, taps and bathroom fittings is a great place to walk around for inspiration. Many would argue that their prices are too high. You pay for what you get though, quality and experience is worth it. If you need tiles and bathroom fittings for your make over it is a great place to start.

Great showroom. We've been all over Cape Town looking for tiles and this is the place. Make sure you ask Pearl to assist you. She knows the products, she has excellent ideas and she is Italtile's biggest asset! She sat for hours with us!

This is a very big store. Nice and clean place. Very bright showroom. Every thing is in its place. They have a big variety of products. From tiles to showers. They even sell slabs as tiles. For the ordinary person you will not visit the store. Most people think that they are expensive. It will really surprise you when you walk in and see for yourself. I got tiles cheaper than CTM. They only sell quality products. I will really recommend people to go and see for yourself.

I had a really bad experience in Somerset West. The conduct of the sales people and even the manager left a lot to be desired. All in all it was unprofessional and it is sad that a company with such great products can get it so wrong.

We traveled far to visit, saw the coffee station and ask for a cup of coffee, and we were told, they serve only coffee to customers awaiting their order, and not to customers looking around. We plan to buy bathroom items, we walked out and shop somewhere else..

Always a great experience to visit ITALTILE. Wide variety of different stock options in a variety of tiles for the customer to choose from. Wearing a mask is compulsory and sanitizing with your entrance
