Not good experience for all the time I buy at Kentucky vangate mall, always mixing up orders, order not on the board, and couldn't access online delivery order, promotions that was sent to my fone directly,
Social distance, hand sanitizers. Lines are well controlled. Very fast service, well planned. No problems experience. This store accepted my uaccount reward cards. Many other stores, don't.
Was very gud
They never have ice cream and the service is so lax. The employees are nonchalant and unhelpful. I asked if they had milkshakes and was told yes so I stood in the line, when I finally got to the counter I was told the machine isn't working (as usual ). so disappointing.
The service was poor in some respects with no money in the tills to give my change so had to wait for it. Not checking the order properly so I had to remind ur staff I'm suppose to get a cold drink with my order. I was abit disappointed in ur spicy chips but ur wrap was nice. The waiting period for the order was good.
The service is pathetic. I waited for 20min to place my order. Then I waited from 14:28 until 15: 22 for my order. When I eventually received my order they were out of the promotional 1,5 litre coke which comes with the 21 piece. I will never buy there again. I understand that you need to wait for your order but for almost an hour! Ridiculous
The restaurant was so dirty yesterday. I couldn't find a place to sit. It was so disgusting
