Extremely bad service friend of mine collected her Kirby and they gave her such a bad attitude after her Kirby has been serviced the motor blew she than asked to me go around to their store and ask to have it replaced or serviced they refused when we eventually took it to another Kirby branch the other technician has showed us while we were standing what an awful service they have done to my friends Kirby on the inside regret taking it here for a service at Kuils river and will never be back there again not recommended to anyone
Completely disgusted with the level of service i received from this company today. I phoned them to book my machine for a service and asked how much it is for a service and was told its R695.00 i then recalled that i paid just over R900 for my other machine a month ago and repairs was done on the machine so i went to look at the receipt. I saw that my previous service was R450..... i phone the company again to enquire if i heard correctly and was helped by the rudest man ever..... When i questioned him about the price he first told me that it could not have been serviced by them i corrected him and told him that it was and that i only service my machine with them to which he responded then it was not a service it must have been for a repair only.... long story short it came down to him asking " so wat nou?" In a very arrogant rude manner. I told him "niks nou ek verstaan net nie die groot verskil nie" and his response was out of this world he replied by saying "die hele land verskil in sy tjops in" this from a guy that represents an international brand this kind of responds from a company that i have referred many people to both whilst living in varies parts of our country and here in Cape Town...... i wish no ill on him or his company and i would not have minded paying the extra amount if only he was not so arrogant and rude..... i will never refer people to this company ever again.
Extremely bad service never use them they will tell you when once you get there that you should not use any other provider besides them because they want everyone to use them do they can make more money and when I did my machine came back parts had been change on my machine and it has been with them for almost 4 months very disgusted Kirby Kuils River
