Since February 2020 I have been trying to get refunded for a product that was never delivered to me- the product did not even leave the store - but I am still not refunded I find the staff most unco-operative in this regard and I will not recommend the Strand Street Branch to anybody!
Extremely friendly and helpful staff. Good selection of plumbing supplies, at lower prices than other shops in the area. ( See bottom note) ️ Should be noted though that Google maps may not work propererly when trying to navigate to the actual location - (due to weak GPS and mobile signals due to the surrounding building infrastructure, etc). The entrance to the shop is actually on Rose Street (1-7) near the corner of Strand Street. (SMEG Building)
