It is with great pleasure that I give Peter and his business five stars. We had some issues, and they had to come back, but his commitment to ensure a happy customer and his no-nonsense approach to giving the best work possible is unheard of in this time and age, especially in South Africa. After sales service is non existent in most businesses, but not with this one! Keep it up Peter! (btw the insulation has already made a 6 degree difference in our loft rooms!)

Personally quite shocked after I was accused of lying about a damaged trap door in order to delay payment. The business owner himself called to deliver the verdict, and the tone was pretty hostile considering the circumstances. I can't believe that business would even insinuate this without solid evidence to back it up. --------------------- Update: Comment on the response from the owner below --------------------- 1. Unless you have some forensic insight I'm missing, to assume to know when the crack occurred based on a single photo is either beyond your skillset or simply not possible. If you have something other than your own personal opinion to back up your assumption, please do share. At the very least, one might expect to get the benefit of the doubt as a customer. 2. To withhold payment from a contractor because of damaged property is not unreasonable. Making accusations without sufficient evidence certainly is. 3. The amount was paid in full, on the day of installation. 4. To refuse further interaction with your company based on the way I was treated is not unreasonable. Your attitude over the phone was certainly hostile. Why would I let you or any of your employees back into my home?

We had insulation installed on Monday and could definitely feel a temperature difference straight away. The biggest blessing was the amazing noise cancellation as we have corrugated iron roof and it's extremely noisy when the wind blows or it rains - enough to keep you awake at night. With this huge storm on the way over the weekend we could not have chosen a better time. Very happy with the 135mm Aerolite's performance thusfar. The 2 lads had a tough job as we have a very low roof peak but they worked quickly and efficiently. Would definitely recommend. A big thank you to Trish for the great service.

What a breath of fresh air dealing with such a professional team. They were on time, quick and efficient and cleaned up after themselves. It was so hot we couldn''t even sleep, first night after the Aerolite was installed we slept like babies with a nice cool house:)
