I'm not so sure about the new layout. The old gear shop felt a lot more professional especially being separate from the bikes and parts. The bike floor is clean neat and professional and works well for bike sales. However I don't think your gear laid out across the whole space works for selling gear to someone who now has to navigate between bikes.
It was awesome,,, very welcoming and friendly, informative, they make you feel like you part of the team already.
Never spent 20 minutes there, that is too little time to get through all the bikes and chat to everyone also. Had a great chat and time each time I visited. Syd and Wahleed and the whole team always prepared to go the extra mile.... I even got a ride on Stevens Z1300 once upon a time. Troye greats you all from down under in Perth. I am now 'Happy Go Lucky...'

I drove all the way from Somerset West to this branch and I was not disappointed at all. I was acknowledged as a customer, The Sales team found out specifically what I needed and provided me with some very informative information on a Suzuki I am going to purchase from them, After talking to the dealer they fetched their Sales person and he took his time with me to pick and recommend all the riding gear I needed and even ordered something I needed while I was standing right next to him, And with that customer service I took home a piece of mind and a bit of inspiration regarding my riding confidence and where to find Advanced Riding Schools.
