Lovely tranquil setting, tables in the garden best milk tart I have ever tasted at only R40, strong coffee just what a tired tourist or businesswomen need on a break... fun seeying the pigeons and squirrels too many vagrants sleeping in the shade in the general park to have an picnic rather buy something at coffeeshop

Awesome food and services. Covid-19 protocols in place. Great atmosphere, beautiful environment. Come and enjoy a snack, something to eat and or and enjoy it all under nature's sounds and fresh garden scents of indigenous plants and trees and mountain.. Ahhh and feel your calm restore itself..

We had an amazing breakfast for my mom's birthday on 6 March. Everything was absolutely perfect from the delicious breakfast, bubbly and those just to die for cakes! The staff were absolute super stars and having Mo-Jo pop in to wish mom was the cherry on the cake! I joined the Cape Town Historical walk on tuesday. It was a lovely day. We had a very good informed guide. I was quite surprised to see the Gardens in such a good condition. Had not been there for some time. We ended our tour in the Gardens and I decided to have a late lunch. Also surprised at the menu. Service was very good. Overall a very nice day.

Lovely restaurant. Love the friendly staff and location of this gem. Food is delicious and so well prepared. You don't wait long to be seated, service or to be served. Such a lovely complement of staff. Highly recommend a visit.
