I was directed to city coins in Cape Town
I would like to suggest that you DO NOT deal with the Scoin Shop at Somerset Mall. I have written to Karin and after a lengthy unpleasant discussion and then decided to put my concerns in writing. I did not get a reply to my e-mail, I called the shop and left a message for Karin to phone me back as she was with customers. NO CALL BACK.... I then phoned and spoke to Natasha (Admin Manager) and asked if I could get a response to my email. She promised to do so....a week later...NO REPLY. Totally unacceptable!
