Dr Rooies and his wife Yvette are amazing people and they are very good with my dog.
I made an apt for 3 and realised once I was stuck in traffic that I’d be late so I called at 2:55 to say I’d be late. The receptionist then said it wouldn’t be a problem as I was their last appointment for the day. When I arrived, the receptionist looked quite visibly irritated then a man (who I assumed to be the Dr) addressed me rather rudely saying he has other appointments after me and he can’t be doing ‘somersaults’ for me. Needless to say, I left because I don’t need that kind of tone and energy around my animal sorry. The whole ordeal just seemed very racially charged but I could be wrong. Who knows. Just my experience
