Very poor service. I ordered a product and was told they would contact me. Needless to say, they did not. I went there today(a week later) and was told that they did not receive my product. When I asked her what is the purpose of leaving your contact details, she turned her back on me and walked away!! Don't waste your time and money going there!!

Shop is neat and clean. 2 star rating is due to staff. I bought a wellness book with my purchase which with a wellness card is R10 not R20. I told this to the lady who served me and she called another lady I assume to be the manager to change it manually as the power was out and they could not scan my rewards card. Another (muslim) lady-I think she is just a shop assistant I do not know, was standing there then had a conversation with the supposed lady I believe to be the manager. I don't know who was speaking as they were slightly out of my peripheral vision but the words were "We do not have offline books. Most customers will understand but if you get a difficult one like madam here you have to change it manually." Note the choice of words. I did not say anything because I do not think she knows I heard her. Customer service is a big part of my job and I do not see a problem in asking for a discount I am entitled to and it took a minute to change it manually and I was the only customer there. Please note: Lady serving me was polite and was the only 1 working(the till) but the other 2 do not seem to want to be there or help me when I was looking for a product either.
