I was searching online for a place to buy personalised wine boxes and luckily I found Wine Gifts. This was my first time buying from them and I’m really impressed by the service and professionalism from Raine. He was always on the ball and made sure to communicate on a regular basis. I bought 3 personalised wine boxes (see attached pic) and they were absolutely beautiful. The boxes were delivered from Cape Town to Middelburg (MP) straight to my door. I would definitely recommend Wine Gifts and I’m looking forward to buying other items in the future.

Took 5 days to tell me they could't do a small engraving job, they never answered a phone when I called, late to respond to emails, extremely frustrating. Biggest waste of time, could have made another plan if they were more responsive, pity, the business concept is good.
