WORST ONLINE SERVICE . DO NOT ORDER anything from them ONLINE!!! Worst service ever. They DO NOT deliver outside Cape Town & surrounds. They take R75 Shipping Fee but afterwards you get notified to "Click & Collect". We are a eco-friendly Dental Practice in Mossel Bay and now they just don't bother to send our fully paid online order! They NEVER call you back. They just ignore you. We are now in a terrible predicament, rushing around locally to find some plastic cups because they didn't honour our order for bamboo cups. So if you don't need stress, don't use WRAP 'n PACK believe me. Easy as that.
