Horrible service! Wouldn't let me pay over the phone on day of service. Instead, require their customers to sign and fax a credit authorization (which required me to go to UPS store just to use a fax). Sent it but they apparently don't look at their fax, email, or voicemail. Worse, they still claim they never got it, even though I have proof of faxing. I sent it again multiple times via fax, email, mail, and even text, yet they continue to deny receiving any of it. Now they're trying to extort extra money in fees, penalties, interest, attorneys fees and court costs. When I talked to their attorney said he no longer works for them! Their game is to trump up fake charges and and to take you to court. I guess lots of people cave in and pay. Buyer beware, don't use these people. Outcome: The judge schooled him on how it was illegal to add interest and fees the way they tried. Also schooled him that it was entirely unnecessary to require people to fax credit authorizations and that he should have accepted my payment from the beginning. In the end, the judge awarded them the same amount I had been trying to give them for months. What a waste of everyone's time. Bad business practices. Stay away.
