I only gave one star because I had too. I brung my car to this dealership for services a month ago due to the recall that Fore issued on the roof racks. I was told my racks were ordered and I will get them the following week. Two weeks pass and still no call. I call and I’m advised that the rep no longer works there and the racks were never ordered. Well apparently Ford changed there protocol during my extended waiting time and now requires an inspection. So still I am waiting on my racks!! So unprofessional!

I went there for the oil change service for my Ford Mustang. They have well taken care of my car. They also did a general check up on the car. Mr. Khaili Asha was from the maintenance’s front desk, he was welcoming and friendly, special thank for him. They took about an hour to get the car serviced.

I drove 2 hours for a appointment I had with Billy the salesmen who help me was really nice and knowledgeable. He help me get a car that was in my price range he was also very straightforward and didn’t make any promises. Id definitely recommend talking to him if your looking for a car. Now I would give 4 stars if I wasn’t told by the financial advisor that I could put 3,000 down, just to be told I needed 1000 more which I wasn’t completely comfortable with putting down for a car but I dove 2 hours and wasn’t walking off the lot without a car so other then that everything was simple & fast.
