Capiz Bridge is an imposing structure connecting Roxas Avenue to the Roxas City Circle/plaza. It is traversing Panay River. It is said that this old bridge was built by American military engineers sometime in 1910. The bridge has pedestrian lanes in both side with concrete balusters separating it from the main road. Almost all vehicles are passing over this route because accessible to the City Hall, Provincial Capitol, Airport, Metropolitan Cathedral, People's Park, Culasi Sea Port, Panay Church, etc.

Sie wird regelmäßig instand gehalten, da es die Hauptverkehrsader der Stadt ist. Aber sie ist auch in die Jahre gekommen und genügt trotzdem noch den Anforderungen. Da sie für regelmäßigen LKW Verkehr gesperrt ist, frönt sie weiterhin ihr Dasein
