I like this place a lot. Their facility is quite comfortable, given the price. Two things to be aware of; -their wifi is spotty. It disconnected constantly while I was in my capsule. -you cannot bring in outside food. They have a little Cafe space where you can order their food, but you cannot bring your own food to eat anywhere in the hotel. If both of those are OK for you; this place is clean and comfortable :)

Best way to describe it is PRACTICAL. Very cheap for this area (even got a coupon from there site, just had to show my smartphone screen), and has every essential thing you need. Shower and bath, quiet capsule to rest in, late check out time. Amenities include toothbrush (pre-toothpasted!), razors, soap and shampoo in the bath area. There are also hair dryers and combs. Free tall but thin locker. When you check in, they give you a towel and face towel. No extra charge like other places. Non-smoking floors have no trace of a smoke smell. Coin laundry is available, which is hard to find in this area. Relaxing open rest area, with vending machines for basic food like cup ramen, as well as machines for drinks and also beer! Staff was very polite and helpful. May be tricky for those who speak no Japanese. There aren't any signs in English anywhere. It is a very Japanese-style capsule hotel, in that the bath area is open with no privacy. There are cameras everywhere, including the changing room and restroom (not directly at toilets), so that may be off-setting for some. I had no problem with them though. All around very happy with this place!
It's clean accommodating reasonable not too far to shinjuku station I'll come back
A friend of mine recommended this capsule hotel to me. he said, everytime he can't get to his train after a night out in Shinjuku he stays there. The staff is very friendly, the "rooms", lobby and the showers are very clean. The eating area / TV area is divided into two parts, one for the smokers and one for the baseball fans. In the shower there is a small pool, that is perfect to relax after a night out. Burns the alcohol right out of your system. It's open 24/7 and has always around 40C. When I come back to Tokyo, I will definitely stay there again.
Not bad! The capsule is clean. The shared space looks dirty at first glance but it's actually just an old building and people smoke in here so, understandable. The only difficulty would be that even you are staying for more than one night, you have to check out at noon once, and then come back later at 15:00. And definitely not for women. It's only one big bathroom at the 2nd floor. No shower room. Just one big bathroom and everybody supposed to have bath there. So far i've only seen men staying and having bath here. But the hotel allows women to stay as well.
Very clean and comfortable, especially if you are a guy who has tried hostels before. Much better than the other hotels in the area if you want an authentic capsule hotel experience at the last minute.
Fantastic little place. No smoking smell on the nonsmoking floors, quiet and sequestered cubbies to sleep in, and dirt cheap to top it off. Will go again!
Bath house was clean and ordely. Was able to relax in lounge after a refreshing full-body wash, sitting in the large tub, and sauna use. Would return again in the future.
