The hiring process was easy. We hired a van to move some furniture. The van was clean and exactly as described. I give it 2 stars because it's been 2 weeks and our 150 deposit still have not been released. We've been chasing it with the customer service team and it's still taking this long!

If you are considering using CND as a lender, short answer: DONT. This has been hands down the worst business / customer experience I have ever seen let alone been apart of. My car was treated so poorly, crashed and keyed, with drug use and worse things I can’t mention. CND took ABSOLUTELY NO responsibility, I have gone out of pocket and after 3 months still not seen the necessary repair compensations or refunds. You will deal with a different CND member every time you try to get someone on the phone. Their call centre is obviously overseas and they all work odd hours because you can never get a hold of the same representative. They speak poor English and make all these promises and then go FULL MIA and ignore your emails. They literally just disappear... then they had the nerve to tell me that the tyre (which was completely torn to shreds as well as a damaged rim) didn’t need a wheel alignment? Then they try charge me monthly membership fees after I tried cancelling my membership twice! The car isn’t even road worthy... nor do I EVER want to use it through CND again. The WORST customer experience. Please contact me if you want to know more but honestly, if you’re considering it, DO NOT GO THROUGH THIS COMPANY. To the Car Next Door representative reading this, please don’t give me the whole “flight attendant” apology and tell me how much you care when we know you don’t...just refund me my money for the damages inflicted on my vehicle or I will have to pursue legal action. This is my last effort trying to be civil.
Terrible, irresponsible We booked a car for 1 week, When I went to pick up the car was not there; I called them ten times, and finally, they said that the vehicle is not available. They did not provide an acceptable answer to us. They ruined our trip and plans. I wasted my money and time. The customer service was so rude. They did not even let us know before picking up time.
I've been trying to register for two days now. Road blocks at every step with the app. Log in doesn't work. Password doesn't work. Tells me my card doesn't work. I give up. Waste of my time. Hire car it is.
Worst verification system which refuses without giving any reasoning
Absolutely appalling company. Listed my car for rent while I was living overseas with a local friend monitoring the car. The car was located within 5km of the Brisbane CBD. The fees charged to list the car including start up fee, monthly account fee and commission for every rental far outweighed any earnings from renting out my vehicle. I ended up having to pay more in fees than I actually made. When I questioned the ridiculous costs charged for my car to just sit there waiting for a rental not one person could justify the costs for a company offering no actual service. I refused to pay my last bill out of principle and now they have referred the debt to an agency. This company is an absolute sham. Shame on you. If I could give zero stars I would.
Had my car on the platform for 6 months. I am happy with the service from CND. My vehicle was 12 years old, it did 6000kms, some borrowers were a bit hard on the vehicle at times. Niko was helpful sorting a query today.
