The owners a con artist. They use the cheapest crap on the market and can't deliver on what they promise. Took me 3 trips back to get a head unit and sub installed right. They couldn't figure out how to connect the steering wheel controls when I gave them the instructions. In the end I had to go somewhere else to finish everything. If you want to waste your time and money come here. If not go else where. PS Their is something wrong when someone has to say "I'm a good guy" every other sentence. Update (5/6/2013) Finally I have gotten some money together to have my audio system repaired and upgraded after coming here. We found that many of the connections were not even taped over or even soldered together. Bare copper wire was just twisted together and left exposed. The ground wires were just connected to each other in a loop and not connected to the car's body. We removed about 30' of extra and useless cabling from various compartments. We even found the microphone for the Bluetooth audio they said didn't come with the box I gave them fallen back behind the dash.
