Not a very satisfactory customer service. Until you choose the car the stuff is very efficient and friendly but after you agree the deal with them the attitude change. After using the car for a week we found out that one of the e-keys lost charge. It’s our first car with e-keys so we didn't really know what to do. We called the store and they advised they need to “order parts” and they would call us later. For the following month nobody called us. After that we had to call ourselves only to find out that what needs to be done is the simple battery replacement. The question is why the car store doesn’t check the e-keys before selling the car in the first place? And why did they initially give is wrong advice and never called back? So we agreed to come to the office to have the battery replaced and they made us sit for 40 minutes until we had to chase them and got an answer that they are doing MOTs. After that though they changed the battery within 5 minutes. So not sure what was the need for keeping us waiting. Overall the range of cars there is very good, the office is nice as well.

I was recommended car store by some colleagues that had previously purchased cars here and so I had kept an eye out on the website and when the perfect car came up I was thrilled. I contacted them and the whole process from start to finish was so easy. The whole team are so friendly and made part exchanging my car smooth and stress free. I dealt with Jorge and Morgan who are a credit to the company. So pleased with the service and my new car!
Tom King in sales was a real credit to your business, had it not been for him after the rudeness of your sales manager Martell I would have walked away from the deal and taken my business elsewhere. After 15 years in car sales I would have never dismissed a customer in the way he did. Shame as it would have been a 5 star service had I just dealt with Tom and Darren. Maybe customer service isn't for Martell and he should look elsewhere for employment..... again I'd like to thank Tom, a real asset who I would happily employ myself. I look forward to collection next week.
