At first they were amazing, I had a few problems with my vehicle and had issues getting a refund of the money they owed me and i had a bad experience with certain members of staff. However after speaking to Dan the new manager of Nottingham store, he was extremely helpful and has helped me to resolve my problems.

Great experience buying a BMW 1 series from Car store Nottingham. Dealt with Tom Johnson from start to finish and I couldn’t praise him enough , he was polite , knowledgeable and enthusiastic... it’s the first time I have ever bought a car without test driving it which I was a bit apprehensive about however using the delivery service was simple and hassle free.... really pleased with the car , it was as described and for a 16 plate vehicle it is in excellent condition ...
